It turns delivery briefs and GitHub Issues into reviewable Tasks, TaskRuns, and evidence while keeping Projects, Decisions, Agent capacity, Git worktree state, Transcripts, Artifacts, and automation receipts in one auditable local workflow. Use this when you want a local DeepSeek Harness workflow for planning coding tasks, importing GitHub Issues, executing in isolated Git worktrees, and requiring human approval before repository changes.
