Governance Multi-Agent Harness An optional DeepSeek Harness Plugin and Profile Bundle for governed multi-agent development. This repository publishes the Governance Plugin independently for discovery and reuse. It coordinates the existing Codex and Claude Code Providers through ctx.subagents , and uses @deepseek-ai/dsh-subagent-dsh-sdk when a DeepSeek Harness child runtime is needed. Features - deterministic task routing with explicit human approval; - Codex, Claude Code, and DeepSeek Harness registry and diagnostics; - delegation, reporting, and independent acceptance tools; - governance Session Events for replayable audit facts; - routing Skill and file-oriented handoff guidance; - optional Bundle integration without changing Base Bundle defaults. Use with DeepSeek Harness The canonical workspace integration is maintained in DeepSeek Harness. Install the published Governance Bundle in a profile, then install the Codex and Claude Code Provider Bundles when those providers are required. The DeepSeek child runtime is configured through the existing subagent-dsh-sdk Provider.
